Product Description
If the Intex strainer nut (for 1.5" hoses) is out of stock, try this! Due to incredibly high demand for stock tank pools, Intex has run out of stock for this part, so I designed a similar alternative which can be 3D printed on demand. This threaded strainer nut is designed for Intex and Bestway above-ground pool filter pump systems which use threaded 1.5" hoses (it will not fit 1.25" hoses).
Compatible parts
Use this with the inlet strainer and rubber washer.
Design
3D printing can be *very* expensive, so I made the following modifications to minimize cost without sacrificing quality and durability:
Why is this so darned expensive?
Because this part is 3D printed (on demand) it is significantly more expensive than the Intex part which is injection molded in very large quantities, so before you buy this part I encourage you to doublecheck availability of the Intex strainer nut (link). That said, this part is very durable and made from high quality nylon plastic.

- Reduced thread length to give the part a lower profile
- Reduced the part's wall thickness
