Section House 1:160

Small section house consisting of tool shed and covered location for hand car/speeder.  Wood plank siding, wood door, open frame wood support for hand car roof (scale 2x6 framing)  Sitting on 6" deep concrete foundation with 2" exposed at base of building.  Rafters are exposed under speeder side roof, and tails under shed roof.  Shed is approximately a scale 9'x9' and 9' 2" at roof peak.  Open speeder space is appoximately 8'4"x9'.  Finished model includes seperate shake shingles by Rail Scale Models.

NOTE:  Current version of this model is slightly different from the photographs shown.  The bracing on the doors now matches actual construction techniques, and there are board seperation details on the door panels.  In other words your model will be better than mine!
