Product Description
This 00 Scale model represents a coach used on the Stockton & Darlington Railway. Once claimed to be the first bespoke passenger railway coach (actually predated by another on the Swansea & Mumbles Railway), it has more recently been thought to be a rebuild of a prior stagecoach-like item. Horse-drawn originally, a steam-hauled replica exists at Beamish museum making this model accurate for ‘preservation’ use with SDR and other early locomotives (separately available).
