Product Description
An industrial shunter based on a design by Neilson and Co. intended for layouts from 1870 onwards. Fits an unmodified Electrotren 0-6-0 chassis, available separately from several retailers for about £50 new, or less second hand. Requires handrails, smokebox door handle, buffers, coupling hooks and whistle fitting separately. Features basic cab detail.
IMPORTANT! The loco shown in the photos is printed in resin, a material which is not available from Shapeways - the Shapeways materials may require surface smoothing etc., but the Smooth Fine Detail plastic should be comparable detail-wise.
