Lower Cost Sortimo Bosch L-Boxx tool box clip set

This is a mounting bracket set for the Sortimo/Bosch L-BOXX tool and storage cases.  Two brackets may be used secure the L-BOXX on a shelf, wall or counter top type installation by creating a mounting nest.  The L-BOXX snaps onto the locating features.  Each bracket  has 4 clearance holes which will work with up to a #10 fastening screw.  The orginal prototype brackets were constructed of FDM ABS plastic with 25% infill  and are suitable for the high temperatures of a work van or truck in the hot summer sun, plastics such as PLA and HIPS will stress relieve in the higher temperatures. For instance if the clip system is used on a wall or ceiling, the load of the L-BOXX will cause a PLA or HIPS plastic part to deform to the point of failure at temperatures higher than 45 C. Where as an ABS or Nylon clip, which are compatible with the ABS of the L-BOXX will not. Preliminary load testing with a Sortimo L-BOXX model 102 holds in excess of 100 lbs tension without any sign of failure or excessive deflection in the mounting bracket. Getting this made out of the strong flexible plastic  is superior in strength to the FDM ABS. However I have not tested it to failure to verify.

I modified the original design to minimize material usage while maintaining load carrying capacity. Clips have tabs which need to be cut to separate.  A slight cost savings is possible over buying two single clips.
