Product Description
7mm PAA Grainflow wagon empty. Requies 7mm PAA Grainflow walkway and Oleo buffers from shapeways to complete. This version also requires plasticard to build the hopper base or seperate printed hopper . Alternate version available with solid base.
This Grainflow wagon was rebuilt from an earlier BRT vacuum braked grain wagons. It was fitted with air brakes and Gloucester suspension along with being repainted into Grainflow livery, this version also opperated in the tradtional blue livery. The wagons were mainly used to transport grain from East anglia to Birkenhead and Scotland, they were also used to transport Alumina in Scotland.
