Tested to work, but still very experimental. Only buy if you are highly skilled techician and have previous experience on DSG's. Buy at your own risk.
This fits gen4 SHS steel gears (non dsg style). Separate the gear halves and punch out the tappet pin and install them in this one.
Please note that because of print tolerance, manual fitting is required regarding the hole sizes. It is necessary to drill through the tappet pin hole with a 3mm bit and the center axle hole with a 4mm bit for proper fit.
Cut the tappet plate fin to length of 6-7mm, and use a shortened tappet spring.
M150 spring minimum for 50rps, M160 or higher recommended for anything faster to avoid PME.
To maximise air volume don't use sorbothane and don't over adjust AOE.
