General flashlight diameter ranges from about 0.6 to 1.75 inches [15 - 45mm]. Use any silicone wrist band as a holder.
Stable enough to have a Conoy M1 flashlight mounted on Mt. Bike on technical trail without issue. And is break away in emergencies.
