1/87th Dress Headache Rack with hydraulic wet kit

This is based on what I refer to as a 'dres' headache rack, as I see them occasionally on semi's hauling lowboys, dump trailers, flatbeds etc, that have the octagonal rim painted a bright color to match the truck, and the back a smooth mirror chrome.
