Some cleanup of the part might be necessary. Use water and dish soap with a soft brush. Water-based acrylic paints meant for modelling is strongly recommended. Other paints, especially enamels, may not cure on 3D-printed resin.

Trumpeter Titanic 1:200 Kit Replacment
Use this product to replace the kit version of the rudder included in Trumpeter's Titanic kit. The reason you would want to replace it is because Trumpeter's rudder is inaccurate in both shape and thickness. It is also missing a lot of detail, especially on the hinges.
Instructions for installing on Trumpeter's Titanic hull:

- The main rudder base with a proper shape and thickness. The thickness of the rudder tapers at the end just like on the real ship.
- The rounded rudder post that protrudes into the hull.
- Hinges - including bolts and washers.
- Stoppers.

Trumpeter Titanic 1:200 Kit Replacment

Instructions for installing on Trumpeter's Titanic hull:
- Remove the existing rudder hinges from the hull. Sand smooth.
- For the new rudder to protrude the hull like on the real ship, enlarge the exsisting rudder hole on the hull by drilling it out. Make sure the diameter of the new hole is large enough for the new rudder.
- Mount the new rudder to the hull using CA glue.
- If you are lightning your model, seal of the enlarged hole from the inside after the rudder has been mounted to avoid light leaks.
