HETS M1070 / M1000 Truck and Trailer 1/200 Scale

Since 1992 the M1070 / M1000 Semitruck and Trailer Combination replaced the older Tank-Transporters in the US-Army. With the experiences of the 1990 / 91 Irak War, the demand for long range hauling of heavy equipment, the US-Army increased their order up to 2500 of this vehicles. Today the HETS ist the standard Tank Transporter of the US-Army, also Egypt, Saudia Arabia and Jordan are users too.

Seit 1992 ersetzt die Sattelzugmaschine M1070 mit dem Auflieger M1000 die älteren Panzertransporter der US-Army. Nach den Erfahrungen des ersten Golfkriegs über den Bedarf von Langstrecken-Transporten schwerer Ausrüstung, wurde die Bestellung dieser Fahrzeuge auf 2500 Stück erhöht. Der HETS ist heute der Standard-Panzertransporter der US-Army, andere Nutzer sind Ägypten, Saudi Arabien und Jordanien.
