I have created to tools to assist the assembly oif the G-100-19 family of carrs.
The smaller of the two is a dummy B end, with supports for the air res and AB valve that replicate those in the model.
A bending jig for the air lines is provided.
First off, create the airlines using the tool.
Next, place the Air res and AB vale in position and then assemble the airline sto them. Supports are provided to hold the airlines in position while glue drys. Once assembled and allowed to dry, the air tank assmbly should be removed vertically and dropped into the B end of the model.
The other tool is to form the brake line that runs from A end to B end. I suggest using a soft .015 wire such as single core copper wire. Start at the A end (number 1) and bend the wire to match the tool, following the numbers in sequence, making sure thatthe wire cornforms to the tool (some tape may help to hold it in place). Once fully formed, gently remove the tool and feed it through the holes in the sides of the car.
