Deneb - Pendant - West Coast Witch

When practicing Wicca, one of the most integral parts of an effective lifestyle is respecting the natural world: the turn of the seasons, the celestial dance, and our local environment.  This line features designs for those wanting to celebrate the flora and fauna of the Pacific West Coast, and perhaps imbibe some of their medicines.

Deneb is the brightest star in the constellation Cygnus, the Swan.  It’s the 19th brightest star in the night sky, forms the head of the Northern Cross, and is one of the three stars in the Summer Triangle.  This pendant is a non-traditional pentacle, its five points composed of the animal’s limbs, and the protective circle curves in an energetic ebb and flow.  We cannot stagnate, but should allow the gentle cycles of life to refresh us.
