PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This is a frame for converting Tsugawa (TGW) N gauge steam locomotive (Koppel) to 6.5 mm gauge. It requires a certain level of machine skills and tools.
It can also be used for TU-7T power (for 7t locomotives), which has almost the same layout.

- Everything except the frame is transplanted from the motor unit of Koppel. (Excluding screws etc)
- There are positioning bosses and screw holes on the current collector, but do not use them, but align them with the center of the axle and attach them with adhesive.
- When installing the motor, sand the inside once and adjust so that the motor can be inserted.
- Cylinder block holes can be inserted by re-opening with a 0.8 mm drill.
-Wheel shafts, gear shafts, and intermediate gear retaining pins cannot be inserted unless the length is shortened. Also, if the shaft is long, it will be short-circuited, but if it is too short, it will come off, so be careful.
- Since it is more brittle than plastic, it will crack if excessive force is applied.

If you do not do the following three, the motor will burn due to overload.
① Make sure that the worm gear does not interfere with the frame.
② Make sure that the gear shaft rotates without friction resistance.
③ Make sure that the wheels turn without resistance.

津川洋行製Nゲージ蒸気機関車(コッペル）を6.5mmゲージ化する用の動力フレームです。ある程度の工作技能や工具類を必要とします。
また、ほぼ配置が同じTU-7Tの動力(7t機関車用)にも利用可能です。

・フレーム以外の全てをコッペルの動力から移植します。(ネジなど除く)
・集電板の位置決めボスとネジ穴が有りますが、使用せず車軸中心と位置を合わせて接着で取り付けてください。
・モーター取り付け時は一度ヤスリで中をならして、モーターが入るように調整してください。
・シリンダーブロックの穴は0.8mmのドリルで開け直すと入ります。
・車輪軸、ギア軸、中間ギアの留めピンは長さを短縮しないと入りません。またシャフトが長いとショートしますが、短すぎると抜けてしまうので慎重に加工ください。
・プラに比べて脆いので無理な力を掛けると割れてしまいます。

以下３つが出来ていないとモーターが過負荷で焼けます。
①ウォームギアがフレームに干渉しない事を確認してください。
②ギア軸が摩擦抵抗が無く回る事を確認してください。
③車輪が抵抗なく回る事を確認してください。
