Advanced Hop-up Stabilizer Lock - Silverback MDR-X

This is a barrel stabilizer (hop-up chamber X inner barrel back end) designed to improve the accuracy and consistency of the BBs fired from the gun by reducing barrel vibration. 

There is still considerable move and play once the hop-up under it is fully installed. This is the be attached to the inner barrel and inside the hop-up chamber. This completely locks down the inner barrel to prevent and axial movement in relation to the hop-up chamber. Once installed this will stabilize the inner barrel and in turn the flight patch of the BB over longer distances. 

It's important to note that while barrel stabilizers can help to improve the accuracy and consistency of your airsoft gun, they are not a magic solution to all accuracy problems. Other factors such as BB quality, hop-up adjustment, and shooter technique can also have a significant impact on accuracy. However for the optimum shooting performance, for best practice, anything that moves must be locked down.

How to install it?

1. Take out the hop-up unit chamber with the inner barrel out from the MDR-X.

2. Dissembble all components. 

3. Take the Barrel Stabilizer and fit it onto the inner barrel. There is a bump inside the ring that will enter the inner barrel's incision sliders.

4. Install rubber bucking.

5. Install the inner barrel back into the hop-up chamber and ensure both holes at the side of the hop-up chamber is free and unobstructed.

6. Place the nub back into the hop-up window following the adjustment wheel. 

7. lastly install both of the hop-up locks on the sides to complete the set-up.
