this is the sampling orifice, and may need modifications
We made this in polished brass. this seemed to have build lines within the slot, (lovely on outside), so will need to work out how to polish internals, in the end may be better in other materials. Also may need to change slot width so that it is narrower and so can be polished which will increase width.
