This is a small speeder inspired by the Manistee Northeastern Railroad speeder which was a standard gauge locomotive. The cow catcher is inside the model on a cut-out piece. A floor can be fabricated from 1/8" sheet styrene or sheet brass. The original intention was to use a Bachmann 44 ton powered truck to move the model along, but any power truck can be used that suits your fancy.
