These were designed for a Matchbox/Linsey 1927 Talbot. This 1:47 model was produced in 1978. This is the second version. The first printed fine and look fine but I had the hub and wheel one piece which led to breaking the spokes on one when trying to slide the wheel onto the model axels. This version the hub is separate - the idea is that with the hub much stronger by itself it can withstand the twisting after which the wheel is slid on and glued.
This a collection of the following:
- 20ea hub/brake drums w/0.073" axle hole for the original axle.
- 20ea wheels. These slide over the hub..
- 20ea tires. These fit over the wheel rims.
Note that these are listed as BETA. That means they have not been printed yet - which means I have not yet had the chance to make sure they fit together as advertised. If you order them at this time then you become a BETA tester by default. If you do order them then you will get a a 10% of what you pay as credit for future purchases at the Micromimesis.com store
