Solar Panel mounting bracket for 32mm round tube roof rack, uses standard plug in panel clamps. Needs two bolts through to pull the sides together to clamp to the base of the panel clamp. The inside round surface has serations to bite into the 32mm tube. This is cheaper in 316 stainless steel?
