Product Description
Do you need a little robot to go with your internet-streaming laser hardware?  We've got you covered.

This is a servo housing, and a lens holder that moves back and forth on a geared anchor.

At HPI, we know how frustrating it can be to try and calibrate a lens assembly. It can make an otherwise great product seem opaque and difficult to use, especially if you don't find get any joy out of making dozens of minute adjustments over several hours (weirdo).

Well, how about a robot that takes care of that kind of thing for you? Or at least makes your life a whole lot easier.
We present, the robotic modular focusing assembly

The robot focusing assembly takes everything that is difficult and frustrating about assembling or using an optical device, and makes those aspects almost toy-like. Drive your servo back and forth with a web app, or a video game controller. Make fine adjustments that would be nearly impossible to make by hand, and rest assured that once you've locked in a great calibration, you can tighten everything into place.

SPECIAL OFFER: The robot uses one gear, and one sliding block to balance its linear motion.  You can download both the gear and the sliding block for free by following the links.
