Product Description
This is a combined parts chassis solution for 89Sabers'/Korbanth's Maul.
All required parts are combined and can be cut off with a sharp precision knife.

Features:
-fits Plecter Labs CFX (aka CF 10)
-24mm bass speaker / saber essentials speaker
-high amp killswitch
-18650 keystone battery and batteryholder
-TCSS/ JQ-Sabers Neopixel adapter
-6x6mm flat style tactile with red button (1mm button height)
-battery change tool

This chassis has been made for a simple and easy install.
The adapter holder and the area for the battery holder have indexing holes for DIY drill works.

Instructions:
Grind/ sand a chamfer to the bottom edge of the batteryholder facing the angled side buttons on the hilt.
Insert the empty batterholder and drill a thread core hole (for example 2.5mm for M3 thread) through both chassis and battery holder. Tap the thread. Use setscrews (M3x3 andM3x4) to mount the battery holder. Make sure the screws don't  hit the battery.
Also drill and tap a thread through the indexing holes at the pixel adapter. I recommend to insert a non wired but pins soldered adapter pcb, then apply the adapter cap and push down, then start drilling. This way you won't have to deal with measurement variations. In case the cap turns out too long just cut/ sand off a bit from the bottom (wich is facing towars the chassis).

For the cone head greebly screws either drill additional holes by hand or cut the screws a bit shorter. They are not needed for chassis retention.

The chassis has to be inserted from the pommel side. A dedicated cutout for the pommel parts helps to insert and adjust the chassis. The chassis gets retention through the screw mounting of the pommel parts.

There is enough space to use an angled USB cable for connection.

To change the battery use the tool to push it out.

For an adequate blade socket depth for double bladed sabers the chassis has been made to leave around 60mm blade depth.
