Product Description
Futuristic airless tire designed to fit on a 1/2 inch bearing.
Tire outside diameter is 2.00 inches, the tire width is 0.75 inches, and the inside through diameter for shaft or hardware less than or equal to 0.37 inches.
Optionally for use with a bearing which has an outside diameter of 0.50 inches and a nominal width of 0.20 inches. I used this with a ball bearing from McMaster for 3/16 inch shafts, McMaster P/N 60355K861. It pressed lightly into the tire by hand. I also used this with another part from my Shapeways store "1/2 Inch Bearing Capture Bracket for 2 Inch Airless Tire" which snaps onto the back of the tire to hold the bearing in place.
