For this chassis you will also require P2, P3, P4 & P5 of the design.

This chassis is designed for use with:
-Proffie Board
-KR Sabers 22mm Bass speaker
-18650 Lithium Ion Battery
-Specific Crystal designed for this chassis, available on shapeways, with single neopixel
-1.5mm dia brass rod (2-off 51mm long, 2-off 27.5mm long & 1-off 20.2mm long)
- 4x4x1.5mm tactile switch
-High Amp Kill Switch
-47 RPM Micro Motor as found at the Saber Armoury
-Two 1.5mm brass rods cut to 32-32.6mm long
-One 1.5mm brass rod cut to 8-8.6mm long
With this exact part in this listing, carefully remove the connecting stems shown in red. You should have four parts from this print. The main body, emitter, board cover and a shard which is to be inserted in to the crystal.
This install is not for the faint of heart, lending itself to true masters of installation, with experience, knowledge and time to achieve this crystal chamber chassis for the Darksaber.
The crystal neopixel requires gluing into the crystal after the black shard has been inserted in to the crystal, once everything is wired up and tested, and then the crystal requires gluing into the chassis once everything is wired up and tested.
The motor sits down the centre of the emitter part, then the crystal stabliser needs gluing to the rotating part of the motor. Do this carefully to get the alignment right!
Handle with care.
Any damage occurred during installation is the responsibility of the individual installer.
