Elco Towing Hook Assembly, in 24th scale, this was fitted to the bow of the 80' PT103 class Elco PT boats just above the waterline, this was a welded metal assembly that was bolted right throught the keel to some of the frames to give the strength to be able to tow the 40-50 ton boat.
