Product Description
I designed this part while beta testing the new aluminum Trick Laser - Trick Trucks for the Rostock Max and Orion 3D printers. I needed a way to clamp the drive belt to each carriage without adding weight, increasing the parts count, or requiring additional hardware. The stock delta arm mounts from SeeMeCNC have a handy little notch in them that allows this belt clamp to slide into, which allows the assembly to clamp the GT2 belt securely against each bearing carriage. Simple, lightweight, easy.
This design will work with any machine that uses a SeeMeCNC style plastic delta arm mount. V1 and V2 Rostock Max, Orion, Trick Laser TriForce, anything with Trick Trucks, and more. You'll need one clamp for each tower, so 3 for a normal delta 3D printer. This could also be incorporated into any number of other 3D printing or robotic project with a little imagination.
