Tired of tetrahedral dice acting like caltrops if dropped? Hate the sound of them hitting the table or their ruluctancy to roll? These rolling discs have been modified so that the COM is not at constant height and is instead slightly lower. This causes the discs to lose energy and stop rolling in one of four stable configurations. With numbers, this can now replace a standard d4! Simply place on the table and set it rolling, and read the number facing upwards when it stops.This method of dice roll is sensitive to the surface, and removes some of the randomness! Ask your DM before using it! v2 now uses pips instead of text for the numbers and they have been redistributed in the hopes of creating better balance. The pips also should also remove the same amount of material on each face (eg the four pips should be 1/4 the volume of the one pip), further improving the fairness.
