1/87 Walter FBS Snow Fighter

HO scale model of a 1942 Walter model FBS "Snow Fighter."  This was made for my own use, and I am mostly done with building it.  I made the cab on stalks so it could be snipped off  and painted separately from the rest of the model. It also makes it possible for a modeler to add seats and an a steering wheel (not included with this model)  from another source.  This model does not come with the overhead connection between the front and rear wing plow posts.  Two photos depict my model under construction. The headlight over the driver's seat was missing upon delivery, so I had to make one from plastic scrap. One photo shows the prototype taken in 1975.
