Privateer Mobile Fortress

The mobile fortress is more of a monitor than a base; its cruising thruster allows it some strategic mobility, while providing almost no combat maneuverability at all. Instead, this cobbled-together mess is bristling with offensive and defensive armament. Most of these were long abandoned or stripped of useful parts. Rumor is a few still lurk in the deeps, guarding pirate bases.
