Large number boards for ALCO PA - HO scale

This is a set of eight number boards for an HO scale ALCO PA. Two are needed per locomotive, thus this set includes enough for four locomotives.

 

Because the Frosted Detail materials are translucent, these can be illuminated easily. Paint only the outside of the part, leaving the center of the number board clear. Then apply number decals with clear numerals.

 

While I did not design these with an EMD F or E unit in mind, I believe thery are the same overall size. Some careful sanding to make them fit the angled nose should make these usable for thos elocomotives as well.
