THIS IS A 10 PIECE SET OF 1/64 SCALE DRAG PARACHUTES. THE FLAT MOUNTING TAB ON THE BACK IS DESIGNED TO GLUE ONTO A LICENSE PLATE ON THE BACK OF A 1/64 DIECAST CAR.
You'll want to cut these apart using the thing flat part on the back. There should be a license plate size rectanlge left on the back of the post spacing the parachute off. This rectangle gets glued over the license plate on the car.
DO NOT CUT THESE OFF BY THE ROUND POST.
