HO/OO TUGS Bobber Caboose Chain V1

This model is based on the heavily modified LGB White Pass Bobber Caboose featured prevalently in the TUGS television series, most prominently in the episode High Tide.  I have scaled it down to HO/OO scale.  I have taken the liberty of adding buffers to it so that it can better fit in with other rolling stock from the show that feature more standard British buffers.  The Bachmann version of this model features the international Hook and Loop coupling with Hooks included.  The Chain version of this model does not feature the international Hook and Loop couplings, instead being intended for the more realistic 3 chain and hook coupling system.  All this model needs to be ready to roll is a set of HO scale 33" wheels.
