Additional to the starter section This a mono pole section comes with 10'-0" height concrete base. Details on this section include Fixed rail sleepers with clips, I beams, concrete slab, Third rail supports , Pylon base plate with bolt covers and Cylindrical Piers Height below Beams: 2-1/2" . Slide rail (not included) in between the clips like you would do flex track.. Hand rails are sold separately.
