Product Description
Hi, everybody!
After long loooong nights searching the internet for the best available TW/E010/Micro FPV quad frame I ended up looking at very expensive but still breakable CF/Alu frames that weigh around 6 to 8 grams. Other frames where 3D printed but in such a way that they mimic the original TW or E010 frames, this means they are still breakable and heavier than necessary.
I finally decided to give it a go and started to design my own frame, I already had a set of minimum requirements based on previous experiences with small FPV quads. I tried to achieve the following requirements in the design of this frame:
Light @ only 3 grams,
Simply everybody with Tiny Whoop experience knows why this is so important!
Durable,
Since you don`t want to have to rebuild the quad after every crash.
PropGuards,
Continue flying after you hit the wall, chair, table, etc and minimize the impact on the electronics.
Easy to build,
Building this frame will take you only 15- 20minutes after printing of course.
The latest version is V1.2, this version has the H-shaped section in the middle to hold the battery. A small rubber band is used to hold the battery and is attached to the outer flight controller mounting screws then runs along the bottom of the frame over the H section. Total weight excluding battery will be approximately 21Grams. my setup: 7mm coreless motors 17.000kv, bee-core, 1s 200~300mAh battery.

For flight computers, I fitted the Beecore_F3 but the Inductrix and bee brain FC will fit without any problems.
Give it a try and please share your builds and experiences!
