Bristish Rail MMB Milk Tank

An N-gauge model of one of the styles of refurbished milk tank wagons, converted around the end of 1980 for Milk Marketing Board traffic. This particular style, TOPS code TMV,  has dual filler caps and is on a GWR-derived 6-wheeled chassis. Peco or Peco-Parkside wheels should be fine, but I have included wheels with the model to make a complete kit, even the couplings are here (interchangeable with my NEM pocket adaptors if you prefer). The tank is hollow if you want to put some extra weight in there. The vacuum cylinder unit is a separate part so this doesn't get in the way while putting in weight or fettling the bearing cones for the wheelsets. It _may_ need a little filing off the V-hanger to allow the wheel to turn well in both directions of travel, and there is a spare in case you break it. There are four sprues on the inside of the solebars to locate the cylinder but only one is "right". The cylinder itself should end up half way between the axles at the end which has two v-hangers close together on the chassis, the larger of which should be lined up with the v-hanger on the cylinder.
