Product Description
In 2152, the Amarillo-class cruisers were the finest ships in the Fleet. Armed with four missile launchers and six lasers, they were never expected to face more than pirates and the occasional raid. A single ship was considered more than sufficient deterrent for any solar system or trade route.

Half a decade later, United Earth and her colonies were fighting for survival against a massive, determined invasion. The Amarillos were scrappy, determined, and tough, commanded by canny and cunning skippers - but they still suffered over 70% casualties in the first two years of the war.

UES Wolverton (CC-47), one of few surviving Amarillo-class veterans, is on display at the Fleet Museum.

Based on original art by Masao Okazaki. Used with permission. This model is offered in different scales for your gaming pleasure -
the item you are viewing is in 1/3788 scale (and should fit well with 1/3900 scale models as well).
