Product Description
This is my OO/HO Scale shell of Toby the Tram Engine, based on the model seen in Series 1 to 7 of the Thomas & Friends TV series. It comes with the body shell, roof with details such as the funnel and bell, and a sprue containing the posable windows and frames.

This model is designed to fit on the Bachmann Toby chassis, although it does not screw or clip in place on the chassis. I reccommend sticking it on with blutak if necessary, although I have left mine unsecured and it has given me no problems. The windows, cowcatchers, and doors are open so the chassis will be partially visible behind the details, but the chassis is already black so it isn't very noticable, as you can see in the photos.

The sprue contains the windows and frames to hold the windows in. They will need to be removed from the sprue by carefully snipping them off. Be cautious not to accidentally cut into the long window frame bars on the sprue, as these are for holding the windows in place so that they can still be posable. If you do accidentally break or cut the window frame holding bars, you can simply use a cut peice of cardboard or plastic instead.

To finish this model, all you will need to add is a string for the bell's rope, chains for the couplings, faces, paint, and a number 7. The model will need to be painted in whatever colours you choose. I used a couple of different brows to give each wooden slat a gradient. The roof was painted with the same grey as I used for my faces, and the cowcatchers were possibly vallejo medium sea grey but im not 100% sure.

This model doesn't come with faces, but I reccommend @LittestThe on twitter or Rexecutions/ThomasTankMerch's faces which can be found through ThomasTankMerch's twitter.

Please note the model seen in the pictures on this listing were printed by my home printer rather than Shapeways' printers, so they might not be indicative of the quality of the prints that shapeways will provide. This model can be seen in action in the video "Trouble on the Tramway" on my youtube channel, found here:

I also sell the cowcatchers on their own on my shapeways store, found here: https://www.shapeways.com/product/RLXDTCPN8/bachmann-toby-cowcatcher-oo-ho?optionId=240018282&li=shops
I also sell prints of my models printed by my home printers instead for often cheaper prices than shapeways can provide. Please PM me at any of the social media links below to discuss details.
