Product Description
The 65 mm/54 Model 1939 was an Italian anti-aircraft gun developed between the 1930s and 40s. The guns were to be used on the incomplete carrier Aquila and Etna class cruisers, as well as the Capitani Romani class light cruisers; of the latter, four ships were eventually completed, but none fitted with the 65 mm gun, as it was still in the prototype stage. The armistice in 1943 ended all work on the weapon.
