Based on Inuit designs. A foreshafy for composite arrows. Precisely dovetails and matches my composite arrowshaft, also sold in my store, link below.
The idea is that arrows get stuck in whatever you shoot, it’s a shame you have to lose your entire aero just because the sharp point is trapped inside of a tree or something. With this technology, used by ancient people, you can easily detach the main body of the arrow and preserve that, or easily pull the point through the other side and then pull the main body of the arrow out the back. This technology aids in recovery of arrows. It’s a really cool historical thing, you could put a little bit of white glue on the bottom to keep it from the attached if you really need to, but it’s not necessary, and this arrowhead will attach to most historical arrowheads, which are tied on.
