You'll need to cut out the indents in the chest box and insert these to mount flush as the base is too thick and will cause them to sit too high on the box as they are. There is a 1mm minimum requirement to print, and unfortunately this is how it has to work to be printed. You could also sand them down, but you run the risk of them not sitting flat enough.
