Right Head tube to Top tube shell EC44 (2)

This is part of a mold for a composite connector for composite bicycle tubing from Rockwest Composites.  The other parts are a left shell half, a headset tube core, and a top tube core.  The connector forms the upper right angle corner of a lean-to-turn semi-recumbant reverse trike frame.  The front vertex holds the crankset.  A second bottom bracket at the base of the seat tube holds a jack gear made of two chainwheels.  The head tube holds two horizontal headsets.  At each end of each headset is a stem which holds a horizontal tube.  At the end of each tube is a tie rod end.  The tie rod ends connect to cross tubes on the two outboard vertical head tubes. The resin contact surfaces need to be coated with mold release.  A low temperature heat cure epoxy should be used.
