Product Description
Designed for the Schumacher Cougar Laydown chassis, this waterfall brace is intended to be used in conjuction with the Klinik RC Battery Cradle System ( https://klinikrc.com/shop-1/ols/products/klinik-rc-schumacher-cougar-kc-battery-cradle-system).  Also note that a very forward battery position is needed to allow clearance to holes in chassis that front feet of brace will use to mount to: The cradle will have to be placed with the trailing edge just forward of mounting holes, and can be moved forward from that position.  This brace employs a wishbone I-beam design to provide the most rigid connection between top of transmission and chassis, while using as little material as possible to maintain room for wiring/fans inside your chassis.

(2) M3x8mm flat head cap screws, and (1) M3x18mm button head screw will be needed to install.  Additionally, the holes for flat head screws will need to be enlarged by drill (2.4-2.6mm bit) in the brace, as the 3D printing process cannot provide a suitably smooth bore for proper threading by screw.  Also a 3mm hole will need to be marked and drilled through the mount to accept the M3x18mm screw which affixes the brace to the transmission.  This screw through the transmisison should be tightened only to bring the head in contact with the mount which extends from the transmission, the waterfall brace should easily rotate around the screw to prevent any chassis binding caused by the brace.

Change Log:
July 11th, 2020:  Extended brace longitudinaly.  Taller feet to accept more forward screw.  Slightly more room now to move battery cradle back.
