Product Description
Chassis for the 89 Sabers/Korbanth OWK3 2020 version hilts.
This is a permanent wired in battery design, not removable.
For this chassis you will also require P2 of the design.
This chassis is designed for use with:
-GHV3
-KR Sabers 28mm Bass speaker
-18650 Lithium Ion Battery
-2.1mm recharge port
-Crystal or my generic chassis crystal (found on shapeways) and single neo pixel
This design allows for the board to slide into place once wired up and tested.
The crystal neopixel requires gluing into the crystal once everything is wired up and tested, and then the crystal requires gluing in the chassis, with the speaker part finally being glued to the chassis after being wired up.
Remove 0.5-1.0mm off the covertec wheel screw as it protrudes into the internal diameter of the pommel by just a smidge. Failing that, just use a shim under the head of the screw.
Any damage occurred during installation is the responsibility of the individual installer.
