Materials:
Vermeil - polished Sterling Silver (92.5% silver) with 2.5 micron 18K Yellow Gold Plating.
Sometimes known in American English by the French term vermeil, is silver which has been gilded with gold. Borrowed from Middle French meaning "bright red".
Gold vermeil contains a much thicker layer of gold than gold-plated jewelry. Jewelry that is gold-plated only requires the gold layer to be 0.5 microns thick. The thickness of the vermeil is at least 2.5 microns. Vermeil is much less likely to fade, tarnish, or wear down.
Design: inspired by flower seeds, geometric nature shapes.
