OOn6.5 Northern Rock (Jock) v1

This product is based off of the real-life miniature gauge (15" gauge) railway locomotive Northern Rock and the Railway Series character Jock from the Arlesdale railway.  This model is OOn6.5 scale which means that it is scaled with HO/OO scale locomotives, but runs on Z scale track.  This shell has the capacity to fit the Z scale Märklin 2-8-2 Mikado tender engine chassis, but I recommend getting a Märklin Mini Club 8836 or similar sized 4-6-2, for wheel spacing sake.  Then simply remove the second of the 2 leading wheel sets on the lead pony truck.  I worry that other locomotives that are natively 2-6-2 will not have a large enough wheel spacing to fit properly inside the chassis.  You will need to sand down the tops of the piston cylinders to fit the model more snugly.  A set containing a realistic Smokebox door plate and firebox (to cover the motor) are available for separate purchase on my store.  For RWS/CGI inspired face masks, reach out to Twitter user @Thomasmodeller1 to commission and purchase faces.  Given the number of liberties taken on Jock (particularly on his tender) from his basis, I have designated this as v1 of the model.  If I develop a v2, it will be closer to the real-life Northern Rock locomotive than to Jock.
