Breville refuse to offer a replacement/aftermarket part for their coffee grinders - so print your own!
I find that the standard part in the breville grinder wears out within two or so years of daily coffee use (perhaps an intentional design by breville? ala the iphone built-in slowdowns)

This has been designed off the original part with calipers and OnShape. I have tested these in my own BCG's, refined the design a little bit and found it to be an excellent and cheap replacement part that is very long lasting.
HOWEVER the following disclaimer applies! Keep in mind that shapeways does not guarantee foodsafety with their materials. As the part wears down over time, there will be a minimal ingestion of nylon or whatever material you print with into your grinds (as happens with the Breville stock part also).

Because of the nature of tolerances with 3D printing, minimal sanding may be required to 'fit' the part into your grinder (My first model had trouble fitting around shaft due to shrinkage of the model from the design specs - I have redesigned to allow for this, though it is still a tight fit). I take no responsibility for this model not fitting your grinder.
