Product Description
This model is designed to represent the interlocking tower located in Pana, Illinois. This interlocking tower controlled the intersection between the Illinois Central, IC; the New York Central, NYC; the Chicago and Eastern Illinois, C&EI; and the Baltimore and Ohio, B&O. This tower still stands is being rehabilitated as a park. This model consists of 7 parts. There are four walls, a chimney, bracket details, and a roof. The four walls will need to be glued together. The roof is separated from the sprues and glued together. The brackets will need to be separated from the sprue and glued between the windows to the wall and roof. The brackets also go on each corner, one on each side. The chimney glues to the opening in the roof. You will need to add your own shingles either using laser cut individual ones or styrene sheet shingles. You will also need to add your own steps and platform for the second story window.
