Product Description
A 1/12th scale Higgins PT Boat Search Light, originally made by the Portable Light Co., model #1500, Deck Mounted. This is best made in solid silver (although expensive) so that the inside parabolic reflector surface can be polished and can also fit a 1mm cool white LED to make it into an actual search light! There is a slight depression where the parabolic reflector meets the front rim so you can insert a circular piece of clear plastic as a "lens".
