Product Description
The conventional triskelion sign is a traditional symbol of Sicily where it is called trinacria from the triangular shape of the island, and for the Isle of Man. The symbol is as old as the Neolithic period and propagates into the Minoan period, Celtic culture, Christian church windows, and nowadays is even part of the design of the seal of the U.S Department of Transportation (three wheels better than none?). This model has the 3 three spirals twisted on the 3 Euclidian axes. Since we cannot print interlocking parts in steel I decided to add a thin 1 mm in diameter pillar on a side that can be easily snapped with a pair of small wire cutters. And voila, a nice little clinking sound, a perfect interlocking pendant to tell stories about.
