Product Description
A small mouse ran across a field where the lion had stretched out in search of food. In its eagerness, the mouse ran over the lion. This annoyed the king of beasts. He caught the mouse in his paws and tried to crush it. "Please, let me live," pleaded the mouse. "I didn't want to disturb you. My hunger was so great that I didn't pay any attention to you. If you let me live, I will be eternally grateful to you." "How will such a small creature be able to thank me," thought the lion. But he took pity and let the mouse go.
A little later, the lion got caught in a net that had been set out by trappers. He desperately tried to escape, but was unsuccessful. The mouse, however, saw the lion fighting for his freedom and his life. It ran over and used its sharp teeth to bite through some of the knots in the net. This enabled the lion to tear the rest of the net with its paws.
Conclusion: Even the seemingly weak and insignificant can achieve important things; that is why they should also be treated with respect
