This tray was designed to lock the battery in place and maintain perfect balance of the quad.  As is, the battery can slide back and forth (and even right out!!!) which will throw off balance and mess everything up.  Why leave your flight to chance?  Gravity ALWAYS wins… but you can have an advantage!

– Locks the battery down with existing velcro strap.
